Block House Vineyard - Yountville

Block House | Yount Mill Vineyard – The name of this vineyard pays homage to the Kentucky-style Block House that was constructed by George Yount in 1836 and once stood on this site. Located just up the road from the Ranch, this property is characterized by deep alluvial soils, along with the cooling influence of San Pablo Bay. The source for our Brut Rosé of Pinot Noir. The fifth generation of the Hoxsey family farms this historic vineyard.
