Tasting Notes:
It’s back! New vintage, another stunning year for Merlot. In tradition, the elegant and refined aromatics of southern comforts like sweet tea, Waffle House’s very own blueberry waffles, and the finest of leather goods, think Hermès or Lucchese. With that first sip, a big bite of mixed berry pie, broad, juicy, and a nice brown butter crust. The fine tannin finish is much like the fine cocoas of Central America, lightly dusty with hints of anise.
