The 2019 Cabernet Franc is no doubt worthy of ageing but why, when it's so good right now…sweet pepper jelly, wet stones, raspberries and a bit of water mint bloom from the glass. Bursting with flavors of raspberry compote, a spicy hint of green peppercorn, along with a dusting of oregano make this wine so scrumptious. Pizza, pasta, charcuterie, you’ve met your dream date!
